2009 is a breakout year for Heart of Texas Trophy whitetails. We will be breeding with 2 breeders that are from the Maxbo bloodline and both are over 220"s B&C. Maxbo 460 is a 2 yr old Maxbo Encore son out of a Baker 44 doe and scores 220 B&C. Maxbo 784 is a 2 yr old maxbo son out of a Dos Rios doe and scores 235 B&C. Other 200+ inch breeders include south Texas Paladin 230 B&C, Sir Lancelot 215 B&C, and HS 205 B&C. Heart of Texas Trophy Whitetails is located deep in the beautiful heart of Texas. Just 3.8 miles east of Brady on FM 714 you will find deer genetics at its best. Our facility covers 20 acres and utilizes twelve breeding pens to bring the finest whitetail deer population to you.

Heart of Texas Trophy Whitetails not only provides quality stock for your hunting ranch, but we also offer ranch consultations. Our wildlife consultant, Joe Evridge, has twenty plus years experience in the whitetail business, game ranches and wildlife management. Joe is a 1972 Texas A&M University graduate, and holds a bachelors degree in Wildlife Management.

Services that we offer include: Pen inspection so a breeder can apply for their Texas ID Number. Genetic consultations for Trophy Whitetail. Darting deer for transporting and medication. Proper construction of breeding pens, including proper placement of feeders, watering systems, and pen sizes.
